YEG Spotting Guide
Aside from plane spotting, I also love to travel. I take in-flight footage on board my flights where possible, fill my SD cards with photos from the terminals and will be uploading lots of trip reports throughout summer 2018. Watch this space!
The majority of my footage is taken at Calgary International Airport, but I've also made trips throughout Canada to Edmonton (YEG), Vancouver (YVR), Toronto (YYZ), and Montreal (YUL), and filmed lots of footage from their respective airports.
Outside of the Great White North, I've also made trips to the United States, and filmed footage from Los Angeles (LAX), and San Diego (SAN), along with Paine Field (PAE), home to Boeing's widebody production line and some incredible viewpoints. I've also been to Japan and spent hours plane spotting at Tokyo's two main airports, Tokyo-Haneda (HND) and Tokyo-Narita (NRT).

Alex Praglowski Aviation
I've been passionate about aviation for as long as I can remember. My earliest memories are of watching the sun rise while on board an Air Canada 767 over the Atlantic, and those have stuck with me all these years. A brief plane spotting excursion to LAX in 2011 where I filmed a Singapore Airlines A380 arrive at the iconic In-N-Out Burger spotting location with a digital point and shoot camera inspired me to start a YouTube channel, and this later became my first video .
Two years later, on a cold winter evening, I decided to head out to the airport with a cheap camcorder and tripod. Since then, I've uploaded over 700 aviation videos to my YouTube channel, upgraded my equipment, and met many like-minded individuals here in Calgary.
